Smoked Salmon from the Hebrides

We have worked closely with a local artisan smoker, who uses one of the last remaining brick kilns in Scotland, to produce a distinct and aromatic flavour. We have developed a recipe that is unique to Amhuinnsuidhe Castle, using secret ingredients that are sourced from within the castle estate. The salmon is hand sliced and individually packaged in our own castle kitchen.

Our salmon are hand reared in the pristine waters of North West Scotland using traditional methods that have been approved by the RSPCA Freedom Food scheme.

We are able to offer our salmon in 100g, 250g or a whole side at 1.3kg (approx) packs.
